Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service: Our reports are personalized and manually prepared based on your unique Date of Birth. Once the team starts working on your chart (usually within 2 hours of order), the effort cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• Order Not Processed: If we fail to deliver your report within 72 Hours of payment, you are eligible for a 100% Refund.

• Incorrect Payment: If money was deducted twice for a single order, the extra amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 working days.

3. No Refunds After Delivery: Once the PDF report has been emailed to you, no refunds will be issued as the service has been fully performed.

4. Corrections: If there is any error in the report (e.g., wrong name spelling) from our side, we will provide a Corrected Copy FREE of cost. Please email us at infoanksaagar@anksaagar.com
